$10,730 per person/academic year OR $5,365 per person/semester


Payment Options

Electronic payment plan agreements will be sent to all students and guarantors to finalize their payment plan selection.

Semesterly (Default)

  • By default, the semester payment plan assumes that a student will be paying out of pocket until we have been informed otherwise. The semester plan divides the license fee in half for a payment due in the Fall and another due in the Spring.
    • The Fall 2024 license fee payment in the amount of $5,365 shall be due on 8/24/2024
    • The Spring 2025 license fee payment in the amount of $5,365 shall be due on 1/25/2025

Financial Aid

  • The financial aid payment plan utilizes any excess funds that remain after tuition and fees, and any other obligations to the university’s Bursar Office are paid to the university. Any excess funds will be issued as a refund to the student who will be responsible to use the issued refund to cover their housing costs with Millennium Hall.
  • Students that request a financial aid payment plan will have their license fee payment deferred until 9/21/2024 (Fall) and 2/22/2025 (Spring). This deferment does not apply to the $300 reservation fee that is required as a part of the offer process.


  • The installment payment plan divides the the total license fee into 9-payments with the first payment being due on move-in. Beginning October 1st, all payments will be due on the 1st of the month.
  • The installment payment plan includes a $48/semester processing fee. This fee is evenly divided throughout out the 9-month payments.
  • Evenly divided semester payments are intended to simplify the payment plan and do not provide for a full month’s use of the space during any month during the academic term.

Accepted Payment Methods

  • Office or Rent Box Drop-Off: A rent drop box is available for check/money order drop-off. Your payment must be dropped off at the address below by your deadline and you should email our office once the payment has been dropped off.
  • Check/Money Order via USPS: Mailed payments must be postmarked and received by the payment deadline. Payment should be made payable to Capstone Management – Millennium Hall and mailed to the below address:

  • Payment via Payment Portal: Visit the payment portal at https://bit.ly/3Ze24ak to submit an electronic payment. You must select ‘Resident’ and insert the resident’s information to make a payment.
    •  Bank Draft: Debit card transactions must select bank draft and NOT credit card. You will be required to input your account and routing number to proceed with your payment with a waived service charge!
    • Credit Card: This payment type is ONLY for credit card payments and there is a 2.5% service charge. If you are using a debit card, you must select bank draft.


Parking Permits

Millennium Hall has 187 parking spots for its 420 residents, priority is given to our residents who renew their housing for the upcoming academic year. If any permits remain, they will be offered to new residents of the building on a first-come, first-serve basis. Students will be required to complete a Parking Interest survey during the summer to join the parking waitlist. Requesting parking does not guarantee receipt of a parking offer. The cost for Millennium Hall Parking Permits will be available over the summer and will mirror the cost for a campus parking permit.  Parking offers are sent to the student’s email address on file. If you wish to obtain a permit to park on campus, you may purchase a garage permit through TU’s Parking Services.

Housing Cancellation Requests

Please use the form on this page to request a cancellation. Include your name, email, TU ID, Petition timeframe, and cancellation reason in the message.

2023-2024: The resident is requesting to petition to be released from the remaining portion of their housing license. If approved for release, the resident’s existing housing license will be cancelled, they will no longer have a space at Millennium Hall for the 2023-2024 academic year.
